Sprayroq
Polyurethane Liner System
Sprayroq®, Inc. develops specialized protective and structural lining systems for a variety of ever-increasing markets and applications worldwide. Their core product, SprayWall®, is a product we use in our infrastructure rehabilitation services. It uses the same delivery equipment, but are designed and furnished for different applications.
SprayWall® is a self-priming polyurethane lining that reinstates structural integrity, provides infiltration control and chemical resistance. It may be applied up to 500 mils (1/2”) thick in a single application. SprayWall® begins to gel in about 8 seconds, with a tack-free condition after 2 minutes. Within 60 minutes, the initial cure is complete and the structure is capable of accepting flow, while complete curing continues over the next 72 hours. SprayWall®’s quick curing time allows the newly protected structure to be returned to service shortly after the application is completed, making it ideal for use on potable water (NSF 61 approved), wastewater, and stormwater rehabilitation, when keeping flow and traffic disruption to a minimum is critical.

Reline America
UV-cured CIPP
ABEL RECON is a licensed installer of the innovative Alphaliner™ UV GRP (Glass Reinforced Pipe) lining technology from Reline America Inc. This process has been setting standards since the 1990s in true no-dig, trenchless rehabilitation for damaged sewers, stormwater pipes, and other underground piping systems. Reline America offers an innovative pipelining procedure that employs a unique ultraviolet light curing system.
This procedure can line pipes up to 72 inches in diameter. Its ease of handling does not require onsite impregnation of chemicals or excavation, making it possible to rehabilitate damaged lines in hard-to-reach areas. UV GRP has been used to successfully rehabilitate approximately 10 Million feet of sewers in more than 27 countries worldwide.

Bioaugmentation Formulation System
EnBiorganic Technologies has an extensive history of providing water and wastewater solutions. They have years of extensive field experience that has allowed them to engineer a one platform bioaugmentation solution, the EBS-Di.
The EBS-Di is a unique system for wastewater management is highly effective, requires minimal input, zero operator maintenance, and is compatible with existing infrastructure. The unit uses the systems raw effluent to fine tune the biology so ACTIVE microbes are dosed into the influent. Microbes are designed and cultured to combat; Odor Issues, High Sludge Management Costs, Hydrogen Sulfide Deterioration, Problems Related to FOG, Plant Capacity or Permit Limits, Fines or Compliance Challenges, Rising Energy Costs.
