In May 2015, the New Jersey Dept. of Transportation, Bureau of Drainage Engineering & Operations was contacted to repair a failed state-owned, 18-in. corrugated metal storm drainage pipe that crosses beneath a main intersection in the City of Millville. Several holes in the drainage pipe allowed the road base to cave into the pipe, creating a sink hole.
